ESTATE MANAGEMENT OFFICES FOR THE GUINNESS TRUST, ROCHDALE

This new estate management office for The Guinness Trust at Rochdale extended a converted dwelling to provide a robust, vandal resistant, focal point for the Newbold Estate.  Our aim was to make an attractive and inviting building without visible security.  The external appearance conceales the many features integrated into the structures.  The materials are robust and low maintenance and the brickwork has a coating to resist graffiti.
